Arrival & Attendance

Students must enter the gate of school between 9.00 am to 9.15 am. After 9.15 am, school gate will be closed. Assembly will start at 9.15 am. After arrival at the school, students will keep their bag in classroom and at the sound of the bell, they will stand in their respective line according to the class for assembly.

A child is most likely to make maximum education progress if he/she attends regularly as possible. Regular attendance is very important, only reasons of illness of student, accident or death of a family member will be considered as excused. When the child will return to school after being absent, the class teacher must be shown in writing the reason for the absence signed by a parent. When a guardian knows of an upcoming absence, an application must be submitted to the school authority one-week in advance of the time of absence.
